Completely different.

The ninja Creamy uses an auger to turn a block of frozen ingredients of your choosing into semi-frozen liquid

This is machine is used to make traditional ice cream.

Ultimately I think it depends on what you want. If you want a machine that can make sorbet and lower calorie frozen ice cream replacements, you'd want the ninja. If you want to make your own real ice cream, this is what you want.
