Looks like QVC ties a payment method to an account. Was trying to buy this for a relative who is a new QVS customer and who does not have a credit card or debit card. I used pp, and after logging in, QVC system flagged that my pp is in use in another account. Will try to use a virtual card to see if it works. Otherwise will have to explain to cs to see if it is possible to reuse a credit card for a different customer.
