I've had this for about a year. Good, basic coffee maker. No complaints.

I bought the same coffee maker for an apartment I rent out to tenants, and it failed after just 2 months-completely stopped brewing. I replaced it under warranty, but the new one started having issues within a few weeks; the program button stopped working. Replacing it under warranty again was a hassle and took forever, so I eventually gave up. I figured it wasn't worth my time for a $20 item. I ended up replacing it with a Black & Decker https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GJOMWVA and it's been working perfectly for over a year now. I bought it a bit cheaper though than the price now.

Haha, yes! I try to make sure my tenants have everything they need to feel at home. It's the little things that make a difference. I'm also working to break away from the stigma that all landlords are difficult to deal with - I believe in treating people with dignity and respect.

Drip coffee is very underrated. I have a high end espresso machine and i alternate with drip to change up the flavor profile. it's 1/30 the cost of buying coffee, and 1/10 the cost of pods. Better coffee selection, better brew control and a fresher product.

Bare bones coffeemaker. Good for mechanic shop or office break room. For home, it's worth the $4-$5 more for programmable timer (wake up to brewed cofffee without the wait) or like my Mr. Coffee machine, it also has a "Strong" button for stronger coffee. I really enjoy this feature.
