Costco is probably the only place you can still buy normal size tubes.

Technically not allowed on an airplane (3.4 oz limit) but I've brought it on before and it usually goes unnoticed.
4 oz has been pretty common for their "premium" toothpaste for a while. But yea they are a bit smaller than what was normal 10-15 year ago which is 6 oz.
