Technically not allowed on an airplane (3.4 oz limit) but I've brought it on before and it usually goes unnoticed.
4 oz has been pretty common for their "premium" toothpaste for a while. But yea they are a bit smaller than what was normal 10-15 year ago which is 6 oz.
