R3-3250U is a nearly 5-year old dual-core chip. For $20-$50 more, you could get a much better one with a popular i3-1215U

I know this is only $200 but after looking up the benchmark score for the processor it's really low, I'm surprised it can run Windows 11.

this R3 is just a little bit better than low-powered Celeron N5100. Indeed, a newer N100 can comfortably beat this aged R3.
