The banana flavor is one of the best protein shakes I've ever had. Jacko and Shamrock Farms are probably the best protein shakes out there. Great price on this!

Probably the best brand out there for quality and solid ingredients. The Jocko guy/owner really puts his reputation into the brand.

I use the powder. It comes out to about 150 calories for 30 grams. So yeah, I guess 180 isnt too bad considering

Great price. These are excellent protein shakes. I normally use the Jocko chocolate powder, but this is a real treat (and tastes a little better) to have occasionally.

IMO, the Fair Life Nutrition Plan shakes which have 30 grams of protein and 150 calories are much better. For those who have a Costco or Sam's Club membership, they are around $1.75/bottle which is less expensive that the Jocko shakes.

Those were my favorite but I've been looking for other options ever since the news about Fairlife core power having the highest levels of phthalates.

That actually pretty good. 120 of the calories are the protein. 150-160 is about as low as you can go and this is a good quality mix. I'd say this is pretty slick.
