There are a pretty fair amount of carbs in this PB. If you're actually trying to stay in ketosis you can't have more than a few tbsp of this PB per day and even then it'll account for like half of your daily carbs. You can definitely find lower carb PB if it's something you really want to eat doing keto. But this stuff is exactly the type of food that people think they can afford to eat a bunch of without blowing up their new diet and before you know it you're back to 50-60g of carbs per day and not in ketosis at all.

Thx, plan was to cut this with some coconut oil and coconut flakes and maybe some no carb granola and make fat bombs to shove in my face once or twice a day.

Was trying to find the no sugar added version but coupon didnt work Frown
