If only this was 1600p, this would be the best out there beating the LG 38.

I love this monitor, but ive been using 32 1440p displays for the last 6 years and wanted something the same height as my current 32" and this is perfect sitting beside it. Will end up replacing the 32" with a 32" 4k screen. I have nothing bad to say about the 39" though, picture is lovely while watching anything or playing games. Wouldnt want to use it for any kind of work though. Text isnt as clear, but thats about it.

There are more of us than people want to admit. Why someone would want a 3ft wide screen that is only 12 inches high is beyond my comprehension (yes, that is slightly exaggerating).

I'm rocking 2 32" 1440P Dell's and I would like to go bigger but to get anything taller I am in the 40-43" range. ROG did have a nice 38 but they no longer make it as everyone is out of stock. Not sure I want an OLED either as I want dual monitors and having a static image on monitor 2 would probably not be good.

My current 32" is a Dell, 3220, the one I replaced with the LG oled was a 32" MSI that was starting to have issues where screen wouldn't come up when I booted up the pc until I power it off and back on.

But I agree, I never liked the 27" size, not enough vertical screen lol. Definitely wouldn't have liked the ultrawide at that vertical size lol

Got this off Amazon around Prime Day for $735, and it's been fantastic. I came from a 1440p 32", so it was nice to keep the same height and extend out with an ultrawide.

If I have 2x 32" 4K monitors but my windows settings are 150% scale, would I technically have the same experience with a 1440p at 100% scale? I work with a lot of spreadsheets and don't want to lose vertical space.

I agree. This looks great, bu 1440p isn't enough at this size.

Aww... 1440p kills it for me too. Had the Dell 34 ultrawide which I loved, but I really wanted the extra height and grabbed the Alienware 38. This thing is perfect but I preferred the VA panel on the 34. Was hoping this would be the answer but it seems like more of an odd sidegrade.

HDR True Black 400. It means extremely good. HDR True Black is something only OLEDs can do. Here is a chart from worst to best (top to bottom). This display is baller. One of the few MLA panels in the W-OLED space. Better than QD-OLED if you have any light sources in your monitor's room as QD-OLED does not have a polarization layer resulting in the "blacks" turning a reddish grey from light washing out the screen. W-OLED has a polarizer and does not suffer this issue. Blacks are truely black. Can't be beat. 2025 will have a 20% bump in brightness in the C class OLED MLA panels for monitors. But frankly who the fark wants 1000nits peak brightness in something that sits 1 foot in front of your face. I know I don't. It isn't a TV.
