Aventus has been reformulated probably a dozen times since its release in 2010. Today's formulation has much weaker performance. This fragrance is a shell of its former self at this point. The oils in reformulated batches have basically been watered down. Independent fragrance houses have done an excellent job recreating similar formulas of the original with better performing extrait versions as well.

These are the absolute msot overrated scents out there. They aren't bad, a couple of their line are good scents. However the projection and endurance is miserable and you get better performance off something like Valentino. Some of the dupes on these function better than the actual line

I bought blue parfum i complained that it lasted 1 hr tops and someone replied said I had bought a fake one bc his lasted hours. It was from Macys. Maybe he had an old batch and I a reformulated one, I wished mine lasted longer.

I certainly don't need a cologne to be a hit with the ladies. I feel sorry for those who think they do, especially an expensive one. I also feel sorry for those who have to be stuck in an elevator with such a person.
