Chicken of the sea is nasty at any price. If you have a Costco membership, Kirkland's canned tuna is great. It's not a deal if you can't bear to eat it.

The title of this post says 50% less sodium, but the Amazon product description says 25% less sodium

Bought a prior deal of the full sodium version. Trash bits. Decent for tuna salad but notably bad compared to, golly, most any other tuna.

Yeah. 25% less. 270mg of sodium per serving vs 360mg for their regular tuna.

Wild Planet Tuna (No salt added) has 90mg
Bumble Bee (Low sodium) has 65mg

I prefer chunk light skipjack to the more expensive white albacore myself. I'll eat both, but I'll eat the light tuna with more zeal.

It has a stronger tuna flavor, and is much lower in mercury, which can be important if you eat fish frequently.

But, I'm a cat. Humans may feel differently.

No! Tuna is wonderful!

It is not a nutritionally complete diet, but it's fine for a treat or snack.

Was on sale locally (Harris Teeters) for $3/can. I make tuna salad sandwiches once a month so $3 isn't too bad.
