Yes, 100% agreed with shrink issue, almost 99% of the time, after second wash they will shrink in length and waist.

Unless you do the whole wash in cold + hang dry. But ain't-nobody got time fo Dat.
Or just make sure it's a little longer length-wise to compensate for the shrinkage. Width doesn't seem to shrink a crazy amount.
Their luxe line may look nice initially but long-term the quality quickly wears out
I've tried Banana, Perry Ellis and Tommy Hilfiger polo's in my daily wear and here is how i rank them
1- Tommy: Great quality, you can wash em and still look original, great fit; higher quality thread. Not good as Ralph lauren Polo's (they lasted a lifetime, 10+ years!), but second best.
2- Banana: already mentioned above
3- Perry Ellis: very low quality, the collar go out of shape easily and you have to iron every time
