I've ordered from here a few times, this time was in a padded envelope which is weird. Normally it's boxes. But for this deal with $30 more for free I'm not gonna complain.

Make sure you are applying the gift certificate in the right place... There's an "add gift certificate" button on the "pay with" step of checkout.
