Yeah, I had some free Amazon digital credits and rented it because some people on Reddit said it was a great movie. Wow, were they right... For what looks like a low budget movie, it was amazing.

If you guys like The Florida Project I recommend checking out some other movies by Sean Baker. I really think he's on of the most interesting directors working right now.

I had heard about The Florida Project and added it to my digital library, a while ago. About a month ago, I had finally decided I was going to check it out. I threw it on the big screen and my wife and I watched it together. I thought it was a fantastic film. The director did an amazing job at pulling in the viewer and creating such an immersive environment. The best part was that my wife was actually kind of confused. About half way through, she was asking me if it was an actual movie or a documentary? lol I thought that was such a cool and honest way for her show respect for the director, what kind project can still be accomplished on a small budget and just the overall production/cinematography and the film as a whole. But yeah, a remarkable movie and certainly worthy of including in anyone's digital library!
