Was at the Costco store in Charlotte earlier today. Saw this Solo Pizza Oven Bundle.

Comes with Cordierite Pizza Stone,, IR Thermometer, Shelter, and Peel. Propane tank is not included.

Employees told me they will keep reducing the price by $10 until 8/25 and then if they don't sell, send it back. There were 3 left when I was there earlier this morning (from the original 7 yesterday).

Thanks. I searched but could not find the propane one on their site. But this is exactly what they were selling in store!!

As of a few weeks ago, this item was on sale in my local Costco for two $269.99 after $50 off with the sale running until 8/25/2024. However, the item did have an asterisk on the sign so it is a discontinued item at the warehouse. I will have to check to see if they've marked it down to clearance.

Lowest i got this to with solo stove coupons was about $200 without the IR or peel. Unfortunately my Costcos dont carry this. Also this Costco location must do some good business to have markdowns like this.

It's odd they don't mention the max size of the pie this can bake. Even the product website doesn't mention it. I'm assuming it's around 10" since it mentioned this: "Panoramic Opening Length: 13 in | 33 cm"

Solo sells a cast iron accessory kit [solostove.com] that fits this pizza oven. The cast iron skillet and griddle are both 12" diameter. I'm guessing it would also accommodate a 12" pizza

I've read a few reviews that say it's a 12" but that the panoramic opening (whatever that means) actually makes it easier to get the pie inside the oven. They also warn that the burner comes down lower into the oven, so you have to watch for the crust burning. But it's gotten pretty good reviews. If my store had it on clearance, I'd grab one.
