Samsung 990 Pro 2TB m.2 SSD for $129.99 + $25 ($105 net) Rewards@ Staples In-Store ONLY YMMV Unadvertised (Link only for reference, online price is $235.99)

I walked into my local Staples in NJ to price match a Samsung 990 Pro 2TB for $169.99 with Amazon and I was amazed to see that they had an unadvertised sale for $129.99. Not only that, the current promo of $25 rewards points back on $75 applies, so you'll get that if you activated it in your Easy Rewards account.

For Staples Pros: If you order for delivery at the CS kiosk, the Online $10 off $60 and $15 off $60 coupons work and did stack to bring the final cost to $105+ tax + $25 Rewards = $80 net cost. The $10 off $30 recycling and 15% Amazon return coupons don't apply (they exclude Samsung products). I cannot tell you where to get the coupons or explain the kiosk ordering, you just have to know.

P.s. YMMV You tell me if you see the same price ($129.99) at your Staples store. If it was only at my store and I'm wrong, please forgive me...

NOTE: The link to the item online is only for reference. This deal is unadvertised IN-STORE ONLY.

Pps. If I can get to Staples again tomorrow, I'll take a picture of the item with the $129.99 price tag so you can try at your store.

If on the Online site they have it in stock for delivery, then you go to the kiosk and order for delivery (to your home or in store, doesn't matter). When the order gets printed for payment and they are ringing you up at the register, tell them to price match their own In-Store price and you'll be able to pay for it at that price, regardless of if they have stock In-Store. Of course this assumes your store has the item with the price displayed as $129. 99.
In any case the In store stock checker site might be wrong, cause my store had it in stock, and they asked me how many i want.

MUUUUCH thanks.

Just got one of these. They price checked it at the register and it came up $189 (maybe misread?) , the shelf showed $179, I asked if they would price match Amazon at $169, then I noticed the screen showed $139. He was a little surprised, but rang me up.

I asked and they only had the one drive in the store.

So the price changed at checkout and not during price check? Not sure if I'm just confused here, but that makes no sense.

I agree. That's why I wasn't sure if he read the 3 as an 8 or what. He said $189 and the screen facing me said $139. When he said $189, I figured I'd take it and decide if I wanted to keep it or wait for Black Friday. He was starting the price match process when I saw the small screen facing me and noticed the price there was $139.

Was this for the heat sink version or regular? Mine rang as 129.99. Did you also activate the 25 rewards on 75

Regular version without heatsink. And I did activate the $25 credit on $75, which I "used" a few hours later. I drove to 3 other locations and was able to get two more for the same price. Only one of the three locations had the sale price listed on the floor.

It will be a busy weekend updating drives. Hoping the Samsung Magician software is still as awesome as it has been in the past!

Do you have a link/reference to the $10 and $15 off $60? Are they generic or custom codes?
