To be fair, trading in pixel 8 pro from last years deal gets you the phone for 599 -450 trade in value for the pixel 8 pro so $149 for a 1,099 phone. how is that not a good deal? regular pixel 9 pro has a different release date than the xl so it will probably pop up on spectrums site next week, but who knows if there will be the 500 off.

$0 off the Pixel 9 is the biggest fail. Starting the "deal" on launch day is another fail.

This is what happened with Pixel 8 Pro last year. Pixel 8 Pro was cheaper to get than the regular Pixel 8 for some reason.
Price isn't great, but both Google and Samsung jacked up the price by a $100 while Spectrum themselves lowered the trade in values for both.
It's still cheaper than getting it from other places, but still not as hot as last year's Spectrum deals.
I'm spoiled by the previous spectrum deals so I can't get excited about this one. The XL isn't even worth $600 in my personal opinion. I sold all my Pixel 8 Pro 256 after 60 days for $600 cash last year.

I think it's just going to get worse from now on. Spectrum ain't coming back with deals that cost barely anything like the last couple years. I think the S24 were the last good deals.
I'm pretty disappointed too to be honest. I was hoping $300 or at least $400 with the price increase. Hopefully there is a better deal with the regular Pro model if Spectrum even gets them in stock.
I was waiting for their 2024 Motorola razr+ and they didn't even stock those phones.
What are pixel 8 pro selling for these days if you didn't trade them in?
On swappa 400-500ish. Factor in swapa fees and PayPal fees and you'd be lucky to get 400 flat. Even though the trade in processor has issues, probably less risk than doing a private sale.
