I have used Chrome and Firefox and got payment issue error twice. Since then I am continuously getting technical issue error message. The site isn't even loading properly since morning. Just now called them to order and they said that port-in has been tried 4 times in a day so it has been blocked and will unlock after 24 hours!!

Alas, I failed the identity verification thing and got "We weren't able to verify your information" so the order has been canceled again.
