Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

You're missing the point here. 99% of us only want to pay $125 1x to get the phone. You want to pay $70 a month for 2 years. Not us😀

does anyone anticipate some good trade in deals for a iphone 16? perhaps then i will order another
i dont want to be stuck with 24 month bill credits though

activated my 2nd line today

I just tried adding a new iPhone 12 line and it says:
Sorry, you are not eligible to add a new line. Please contact support to discover the reason for ineligibility. 1-888-8metro8

same with the free tablet line

anyone else?


edit: it appears that I logged in with my 2nd line and I had to log in with my first line.

good point. I tried doing a third one and they want me to call. same error message I got yesterday

someone mentioned I had to wait until I received my 2nd 12

If it says you cannot add a line that is usually because you need to activate the previous device.
If it says please contact us on the last screen that means you need to change address and credit card.

i received and activated my 2nd 12 and it still won't let me. it's their way of telling me to cool off and don't be greedy.😁

How long does it take for port to complete? Google Voice still shows active and the iPhone 12 can't receive calls from the Google Voice number. I can use data and dial out and receive text, just not calls.
