Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

No - according to everything I saw online, you have to unlock it first before you can use it on TMo.

There were a couple comments here where someone listed the direct number for the porting department. They should be able to complete it for you over the phone. I had to do that with both of my lines that were ported from GV.

365 day unlock. Hard no.

Crazy how much Total Wireless and Metro have fallen off in the past couple years.

Is there any MVNO that doesn't make you jump through hoops? I.E. identity verification, ridiculous unlock policy, etc.?

It works for me with a Business Sim (T-Mobile Business account Postpaid data only line - meant for tablets). I use Google Voice so no need for the voice option. I do have a telephone number and can receive SMS on that line.

Fyi called in and got my plan downgraded to $48 VIP plan , credited $27 on next month bill . Got a Moto g stylus and iphone 12 ( and 2 android tablets) 6 months ago and one more iphone 12 few weeks ago and will wait for hopefully iphone 13 deals after 16 release
