There's something call virtual credit card too. You set the limit to $5 then no way they can charge you even autopay is ON.

when I try adding a line it still comes up as 49.99 plus the $75 plan, so approximately $130

1. Ordered iPhone 12

4. Ported and confirmed working correctly including calls in and out, text in and out and 6 digit verification codes being received.
5. Attempted to change device from iPhone 12 to Pixel Pro 6 - esim method, esim of Pixel Pro was added but calls and text not working. This was done using help of the online customer service representative.
6. After the failed attempt, the associate tried to revert back to the the esim of iPhone 12. Revert was successful. Tried calling and receiving calls, worked. Tried texting and receiving text, worked. Ddint think about checking 6 digit verification code.
7. A few days after , attempted to switch device online, when trying to login, 6 digits call was not received.
8. Its been 3 weeks, I can receive calls and make call, receive text and send text, I also receive text from Metro by Tmobile 1000 nnumber for feedback. But dont receive it from 611.
9. Tried going to the store, calling customer service, receiving manual override, troublshooting on phone reset network, factory reset, checking for blocked contacts, turn imessage on and off, etc. No luck.
10. Tried adding A35 through online customer service for $35 (getting override from store) but they can't see the 0 zero option for bring your own number, multiple reps said that might be an online only.
11. Are they are ideas on what might be going on in terms of 6 digit code not coming from 611?
12. Do the online reps dont have the option to add A35 for $0 with port in?
