Was able to get the deal with the 4-mode fuel impact driver for $137 with the hack I posted. But if you don't need the impact this is a good deal.

Not understand why do we need to pick up in different stores and wait for self cancellation. Can't we just pick up in same store and return the one you do not need?
It's one frictionless option. Seems to be the most reliable.

It has accumulated in my account for a while, bought some materials for renovations.
If you have a PRO account, you get a small amount back out of all your purchases.

Why not just spend 38 extra dollars and get the combo kit with the impact, drill, two batteries, charger And bag. 138 out the door

Not everyone needs a bag or the driver. No need to clutter your home or deal with having to offload stuff via marketplace.

Out the door after the hack...

Agree though that the kit is a great value. I sold the Fuel Impact from that kit on FB marketplace for $75. If you're willing to sell things, that's a better deal by a good bit.

I also have pretty good luck selling the ratchets if you want to prevent becoming a serial returner and do someone a favor.

This drill is a really nice upgrade over the standard brushed M12 drill.

Am I correct in understanding that a 12 volt would be less power than a 20 and 18 volt? For something like a hammer drill would I not want that slight bit more power. I know this is a name brand, but I I'm questioning its value based on the fact that it's 12 volt.

Most pro and prosumer users will keep a set of 18/20v tools around for heavy duty use. But a lot of users are figuring out that these smaller/lighter and more ergonomic (imho) tools are fantastic for 95% of the work they do. MW really hit it out of the park when they made the dual mode chargers for M12 and m18 batteries. These won't do everything, but they will get used more than anything else.

Exactly this. Ever since I got my M12 Fuel Surge driver I haven't touched my 18V impact driver and am actively trying to sell it.
