Ok folks, I have a good news. I was able to get hold of someone at Wallbox and she told me that they have all orders info. She even opened my order using my order no. that I provided. Up until 19th Aug, they had normal orders but on Aug 20th, they received an influx of orders. 27 orders on 19th vs 400+ orders on 20th. Surprisingly, Fisker did not pre-inform them about the sale and they came to know about it when customers started calling them to inquire. I placed my order on Aug 24th and that day alone has more than 300 orders. She said Wallbox has more than 1500 orders from this sale. They have started shipping the chargers. It's just gonna take time to fulfill all orders. She was relieved when I told her it's out of stock on Fisker's website. Lol. The chargers will be shipped from Texas. She asked me to call again by next Thursday if I don't receive any shipping confirmation email by then.

She was surprised at the sales price and said she paid more than $400 when she got hers even after using her Wallbox employee discount. Lol.

Don't worry fellas, it's coming. Just give it some time😊. You never know it might just show up without any shipping confirmation email.

I made payment about 8 hours ago, got a message from my bank about it being a suspicious transactions, but I confirmed payment. I have not received a confirmation email.
For Those who bought this charger,have you received a confirmation email? And do you have a contact email or phone for Fisker? The phone in their website is inactive

I did receive confirmation from Fisker shortly after the pending charge hit my card. Only support info is [email protected], can't imagine they have much of a customer service presence at this point....

I have a hardwired Tesla Wall Connector on one side of the garage.

But also have a 14-50 outlet on the other side. At this price, really tempted to get this as a secondary charger. Would basically be a ten minute install of a couple screws into the wall and plugging it in.

Decided to pull the trigger. Will have to decide whether to hardwire or install a 14-50 outlet to use it. Hardwiring gets me a rebate but if there's any issue, I'll have to call the electrician whereas the 14-50 outlet allows more flexibility but no rebate. At this price point though, either seems reasonable.

How is it that the clippy part ended up in the handle and not the socket like with NACS? It always gets vandalized at the public chargers.

A latching mechanism that can fail would be much easier and cheaper to replace on your EVSE than internally in the vehicle.

I have 4 mounted in my 3 car garage. Do it.

The extra is mounted close to the door for guests.

Yes, this will work well. But the Blazer will likely come with a dual voltage charger, so you may not need a dedicated EVSE for your lease.

I have a PHEV on the way and just ordered this. At this price, it's tough to pass up a reputable box compared to other options. I was looking into a ChargePoint or Telsa one. Knowing Costco sells this helps validate it for me and fun to say it's from Fisker.

The site needs to add it doesn't take AMEX.
