By the rim? The plastic shim ones? I think they're only for interior use, preferably where there is no sun. If it's outside in the sunlight/weather the plastic will eventually become brittle and fail.
I bought a bunch of these. Costco is usually $8 on sale. Home depot is $10 right now. Thanks op.

and this is absolutely incorrect. I've had mine for over five years never any issues in the whole purpose is that you don't have to stack.bins. Clearly, if you're not good at carpentry, then yeah probably get something. lots of designs on Pinterest.
