Part of me feels the same way. I don't like how games are getting more and more expensive...until I looked at an inflation calculator. $70 today would have been $38 in 2000. It seems like, if anything, games have gotten cheaper over time.

Fun enough game, super easy. They could've made it much better story-wise and diversified the combat experience a little bit. But the world is awesome, running around Hogwarts and flying around the world is a blast.

I wish it supported cross save. I started this on the PS5 and got pretty far. I would like to keep playing on the Steam Deck but don't know how enthusiastic I am to start over.

It is a fun game though, has just enough of the HP world to have some nostalgia moments but is unique enough to stand on its own merits.

Have you already considered streaming your PS5 to the deck via Chiaki/PS Remote Play? Google Chiaki4deck if not and see if that works for you. I personally love it

Thank you! I think I have read about that before in the SD Subreddit, but it completely slipped my mind to check into it. I am going to look into it now. This would also solve my issue of wanting to play Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth without rebuying it on Steam.
