Good deal if you live in a Spectrum service area - The price is lower than the Mint deal.

You have to pay cash up front and keep Spectrum service (which is a little overpriced) for 60 days. If you finance it, you'll be stuck with the phone longer.

Spectrum uses Verizon with priority data.

So it's better to buy this phone instead of trading it in on this deal? Also can I cancel after 60 days and unlock the phone

Pixel pro can hardly compete with other flagship phones. Tensor G4 ... performance wise it's comparable to other flagships from 2 years ago. It also only comes with 128Gb for the base model. Good camera though, as alway.
There's a good amount of lag on the 5x zoom

Spectrum doesn't generally give good trade values, though you can check. They add $100 to any trade though, so you are best off trading a junker. If the trade in value is $5, you get $105 off.

If you trade in a more expensive phone, you'll still get the extra $100, but they won't give you enough for the original trade. Better off selling that on Swappa and trading a junker phone.

Benchmarks are low, but with 16RAM and phenomenal battery life. It's a matter of tradeoffs.

Really, how often would you need to push the processor to more than what the P9 has? Very few users would - it's still plenty fast enough for gaming and most purposes.

I'm a spectrum internet and mobile member. I have a old Samsung A715g. Will they give me $100 for that phone as trade-in? Plan to pay cash for the 256GB model. Will i be able to unlock the Pixel Pro XL if I ever drop Spectrum Mobile? Sorry for so many questions.

You can get your trade value by starting the purchase process on spectrum.com. The system will ask you about your phone and IMEI, then give a trade in value. I'm guessing they'll probably call it $20-50, and give you the extra $100 for $120-$150 off.

It will unlock after 60 days.

If I choose the payment plan can I choose to pay off the remaining balance of the promotional value, say months in?

Mine benchmarks at 1973 single core and 4762 multi core on geekbench. I have the s24u and it keeps up on everything except the loading of some big games. Gaming it games at the same framerate or better than my s24u when playing the games so all this hate of commenters, obviously people who have never used the phone.

Last year, I upgraded the 7 Pro to the 8 Pro for $55 through Spectrum. This year it would be $150 to upgrade from the 8 Pro to the 9 Pro XL. The phone is $200 more this year, but the trade-in value is $105 better.

Unfortunately, I dropped my 8 Pro onto asphalt and the back glass cracked, so I won't be doing the trade-in.

If they offered the 9 Pro for $500 (they may soon), and my phone were in good condition, I'd probably upgrade to that.

Yes you can. I paid off my 36 month monthly payment phone im 10 months.

However, they make you pay the full amount and then refund back. On an expensive phone this method of paying 1100 and then refunding back 600 is very inconvenient.

So, for example, (using the pixel price) , you had to pay 1100 for every month for 10 months getting refunded back the difference?thanks for the info. I mean . if I get refunded I don't mind
