Nice little set of pliers, a little over a dollar for each individual tool. Considering giving the set I bought to my wife for 'crafting' to avoid having my tools go missing from my toolbox in the garage. Good for bending, cutting, trimming, flush cutting metal wire etc. A bit cheaper than the HFT equivalent. Grabbed the last set in my store.

Had a few left at my store the website/app showed "See In-Store Clearance Price" with the exact store listed. When I scanned it wasn't actually on clearance at the register or employee app. Had to fight the cashier by showing them both the app and website the message on the app.

Went to pick up an order and they looked this up for me. Doesnt look like any stores in the KC metro has these in stock, or it's no longer an inventoried item.

You sure you didn't grab the 4 pack or the new updated 3 pack by accident?

I've found the new clearance price feature on the website to always be right, or if anything the price at the store is actually lower (I think the website updates at a different time than the store system).

I've had the 4 piece version of this set (has snub nose pliers also) since several revisions back when it had red handles. I abuse it and they break from time to time, I stop by and they give me whatever the current version is as a replacement. Same with Husky flashlights. They're basically the new Craftsman, maybe not the best tools, but will literally last forever since you can replace them as many times as needed with no receipt or packaging. Assuming they don't ditch the lifetime warranty at some point....

Yup. These are pretty low strength little things, but you get what you paid for, and they usually replace these no questions asked. Great for house tasks or working on electronics but I wouldn't use them in construction even if you know you can get them replaced.

I use them for electronics and occasionally other little things around the house. I don't see much use for them in construction, I have full size tools for that.

I have an even smaller micro Craftsman set from years ago that I keep in the garage, handy for getting in tight spots on the car, but only for light duty stuff.

Right, there is an identical 3-pack with a different item number that is regular price
