edit : you're on year 3 out of about 6-7 year expected lifespan - you'll get 3-4 years out of it before you won't be able to install apps on it anymore.
This is incorrect information. You can still download apps, but a some will need the absolute newest iOS version. I still use my 2017 iPad Pro with zero issues and I'm expecting it to work for most streaming apps and web browsers for a while more.

Has anyone seen any deals on this generation new ones with cellular connection? I have seen various refurbished ones, but nothing with a good price for the new ones.

This is absolutely untrue. I use both an M1 Air and brand new 9th gen iPad, and you can very, very easily notice a difference. Even for simple web browsing, shopping, YouTube videos, reading Apple News, and simple games. The A13 iPad stutters quite a bit and loads much slower. That's leaving aside other easily noticeable differences like overall screen quality and size, weight, and other factors. These differences may not bother you, and you might not know what you're missing if you're not familiar with other iPads. iPad 9 remains a totally capable device and a good value at $199, but don't fool yourself thinking "you won't notice a difference" or the OS doesn't take advantage of better processors.

That's not the case.

1- Sameday Costco is literally owned by Costco. All warranties in tact.

2- if you buy anything through Instacart directly, your receipt still counts. No one even would use Instacart if returns and warranties were voided

For Credit card benefits to trigger you need to make your purchase with the card. You would be making the purchase with gift cards, so no benefits.
