To your original post, this is a good deal for this combination of tech. There's better values in the 1440p space if you're not looking for the high brightness of miniLED and/or require other features.
I'd say as long as you're aware of the pros and cons for panel type (OLED vs LED, and LED further breaks down to TN vs VA vs IPS) and backlight tech (direct lit vs edge lit vs full array local dimming, and full array breaks down into QLED vs miniLED vs the upcoming microLED) then watch some YouTube videos on which monitors are considered the best currently for the use case (gaming, productivity, professional editing, being a mac user, etc) then you'll have a better idea of what price range each type of monitor will fall in to and which is ideal for your use case. You'll also probably have an easier time skimming rtings reviews.
