I've been trying to get a switch just like this to feed two different sound bars. Want one with a remote. One is at the TV and the other is across the room behind my recliner, I use that one when it's only me watching so it doesn't disturb my wife.
After an identical switch like this listing broke after 2 months I tried a $40 Philips, and a $55 Kinivo and I couldn't get sound out of either one no matter what I did swapping out cables and changing TV settings (LG C9 65") Finally just bought another one of these so that I at least have something that works. First day the button fell off, but it does work. The reason for wanting one of the others is bc I want a remote. Any ideas?

If you're looking for basic HDMI switch this will work just fine. For how long I wouldn't expect more than 2-3 months before it fails. The button gets loose just from pressing it, so it will fail

Works for our Acer gaming laptop and PS5 to the LG gaming monitor I got at Costco. This was meant for temporary solution and I am surprised it works fine so far including audio. I bought a different one but it just rebrand mine is red. It's convenient since switch sits below monitor and with just a tap it switches. I think I'd lose the remote on remote controlled ones.

The big piece here is, as mentioned before, this is limited to 60Hz. I use a similar device to switch my main monitor from my work computer to my game console with a single button. Its a great quality of life feature to have it you have the need, but a 120Hz capable one will cost you a smidge more. Here is the one I use daily without issue, and it floats around $15-20. It is worth noting that these typically require power input as well, so there will be four cords entering/exiting the device when fully filled. This is typically not shown in the images, so worth knowing.

It should be listed as limited compatibility with Xbox and PS5. Both systems support enhanced HDMI 2.1 capabilities and higher refresh rates and VRR. This switch is limited at 60hz.

Thank you for the link I appreciate that. It looks exactly what I need, but I bought a Philips and a Kinivo and both would not pass sound to either sound bar. Yet this cheap basic button works no problem

I'd just pay a little more for 3 inputs with a remote

A few dollars more to have all the cables on one side https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09HC8B14H

Although I'd wait for the price to drop under $10 before buying...
