going to try to indirect cook ribs on the grille tonight.
edit, do you guys recommend a rib rack? that holds them sideways upright, or just toss all 3 bone side up, on the grate? this grille is large enough. I bought a rack to try with weber Q but this came on sale today so snagged it.
so I drove an hour to cincinatti/ky area where all the stores are clearances down.
so question, it says like 36k BTU per hour, but if I just use one burner, ie for one thing, hot dogs, or a burger, at low, does that mean, 3 burners at 12k BTU each, and if I use one burner, @ low, does that mean like, 1/3 of the one burners 12k capacity meaning, 3k btu being burned?
dont want to run 30k btu for a dog or burger, etc. I figure one burner means 1/3 the gas running, and on low, would be 1/3 of that one burner.
