If you have never assembled one of these the first one will take you about an hour or so and there WILL be a lot of frustration.... maybe even more depending on what revision of instructions you receive.
My suggestion is to unpack everything and take a look at what you have. You will have a bag of little black plastic pieces. These will go on the 2 ends (BEFORE) you attach the bolts. There are 3 black 'screws', 4 short ones for the shelf support brackets (those connect to each rail to help stabilize and will screw in from the bottom), another set of similar ones but much longer (those are go on the end pieces and will thread through those black plastic pieces) and a set of 4 threaded (with a pointed end) that go into the accompanying wall anchors (only if needed).
Worth noting, if your floor is super uneven they do have adjustable feet extensions (not included).

Craigslist to the rescue! Free pallet racks! Seems to be maybe 50 feet worth and about 6 feet high. I am going to go grab a couple later this week!
