Any decent heatsink deals to go with this? I don't feel I need the most efficient or watercooled thingamajig... without a good deal on a new heatsink, I'm mostly going to try and reuse an old Coolermaster 212 Evo I had installed like 10 years ago.
this is a horrible reason to buy another pc. you have a shopping problem friend
anyway this is n amazing budget gamer deal, its only about 5% lower performance than 5800x3d and much better thermals.
Speaking of, almost broke the Never Newegg policy for this one (specifically MBs, for clarity) but ofc the actually slick price is bound to usury. Quelle surprise.
This is a great deal however this is not in any way, shape or form a top of the line PC build. It's a perfect budget/entry level build. I have a 3060 in my existing PC I was hoping to bring over to a new PC and this fits the bill perfectly.

2U server chassis can support ATX power supplies and support an mATX motherboard like in this deal - even so, with 4 DIMM slots, a mATX board can be a tight fit in a 2U case. Again you'll need a GPU for graphics output with this processor; there are GPUs that will fit in a 2U case, although they are a specialty size.
