I spoke with CVS photo customer service and was told it's a known issue that they're working on. Website says promo good until 9/6/24 so definitely a glitch in their system. I suggest trying again in a couple of hours.

I tried it last night and it is absolutely working. The only thing I hadn't tried before was placing the order on a desktop computer rather than the mobile website via phone.
