These are equally expensive at stores like CVS even on weekly sales. So, even without the 20%, it is, I think good deal for the brand name. However, generic ones have been even better deals on Amazon listed in the past, (something like around $2 for 100 or even more pills)

While this may not help as much for muscle or joint pains, this is arguably a safer option for headaches, fever than ibuprofen or other nsaids
