Last week I watched one of these, got the email confirming the reward, but when i went to use it, it was never credited to my account 😢

Yeah the Coke ad and lazy boy ones had glitches and Amazon expired them early yet the still let the ads run unfortunately

I am sure you mean the Top "Carousel" that rotates , the "Banner" ads appear on the second row down. Here is a pic of the Same ad in both Spots
