Golfballs.com is reliable as well as an authorized retailer for Titleist.
Do love how their logo's in the picture are sleek and could be used for alignment. The ones you'll get will probably be big and round.
Not a bad deal if you need balls but if you don't, the 4 dozen for the price of 3 in the spring is always the way to go.

And these are all tour level balls, which ignores the fact that over 95% of the golfing population doesn't know how to control spin anyway, and is wasting money buying ANY tour ball with a urethane cover. Unless they're breaking 90 (playing by the actual rules, not the weekend warrior breakfast ball/gallery rule/free drops nonsense), they'd do just as well with a 24 pack of Top Flite Bombs for $20.

For anyone around that level, I recommend starting with a good ball and working your way down in quality as you lose balls. Also, switch to worse balls on tough holes.
