- Log in to your CVS ExtraCare Account (free to join)
- Select a quantity of 4 of the following and add to cart (priced at 2 for $8):
- Clip the $5 off 3 off coupon and $2 off 1 coupon on the product page
- Proceed to cart
- Verify your cart qualifies for the ExtraBucks Rewards:
- Under the toothpaste product title, click 'Counts towards ExtraBucks Rewards'
- A pop-up should appear showing '$4 ExtraBucks Rewards for purchasing 2 Crest 3D White 2.4z, Pro-Health 3.5-4.3z, Complete 5.4z Paste, Oral-B Charcoal, Sensi Soft or Vivid 1ct Brush'
- You will earn $4 per 2 items = $8 in rewards (will be listed under each product if you order two different varieties).

This variation might be better for you if you are rolling over some previously earned extrabucks, or if you got one of those $4 off anything coupons:
1. Clip the same coupons, and add 2x of the Crest toothpastes.
2. In addition add 1x of the following:
- Scope Squeez Mouthwash Concentrate Cool Peppermint (2.99) [cvs.com]
- Scope Squeez Mouthwash Concentrate Icy Mint (2.99) [cvs.com]
3. Apply the same 20% off Pickup Coupon (PICKUP20)
The price for these 3 items should be $12.97 - $9.78 ($5 coupon, $2 coupon, -20% off) = $3.11 + applicable tax (and $4 back in extra bucks)
Or for a little more change, choose floss picks as your third item

This is after I had 4 in my cart. I must be doing something wrong.
