Z8 or z9 is a very capable video camera with the ability to shoot 4K/120 or 8K/60 video in N-Raw using the full sensor.

Another great deal for a great camera. Now if they open up more lens selection. We need more affordable and lighter lenses and more 3rd party lens support.

A bunch of places, including Nikonusa, have it at this price. Amazon is probably the last place I'd buy a camera like this from.

I dont think Nikon can even dual record video. That's a bummer for professionals.

Wait, What? You can get quite a few lenses for under $1000. Several for under $600. Also, the only company that appears to be missing from the mount is Sigma and for that you can use the Sony E to Nikon Z adapter.

Yeah but red doesn't have any small form factor for vloggers or beginning videographers. As mentioned no competition for FX3, A7S iii nor ZV-E1.
Red V-Raptor X is pretty small for the sensor it has in it and it can handle 8K.

No, the Z8 replaces the D850. They are the best of the best AF with 45MP.

This Z7-2 is more a D810/D780 replacement.


z6-3 beats out the A7-4 and R6-2


So many F mount, E, EF lenses for Z system.
