Don't get this phone the CPU on the exynos 1280 has two big and 6 small cores and caused a lot of stuttering. You want at least 4x4 recommend the a54, a35, or moto stylus 2024 5g. Take a look at the budget carriers for port in deals or swappa.com for used, don't ever pay retail for a Motorola too.

nope, the deal doesn't work. Total continues to advertise it but when added to the cart it shows up as 279.99$ plus Total 5G Unlimited plan...

Decent phone. Using it now as my main phone.

Can anyone add to cart and see if they get that price. shows up as 279$ for me after verifying identity. It evens says identity discount added at the top of the cart, but the device shows up as 270$

This Att model is SM-A536U model which will work on any carrier and can be flashed with odin to U1 factory unlocked model once 60 day unlock requirements passed.

according to ATT unlock policy

Paid in full when purchased (not on an installment plan): You must wait 60 days from your purchase date to submit an unlock request. No service is required.

You have to choose their $75 plan to get the discounted price.

I don't trust at&t phones anymore. Unless you use at&t service. The phone wouldn't let me update the phone os because I wasn't using at&t service. It would get an error every time I tried to connect. Finally got a sim card from at&t and was able to update. Boy that took forever.

I would consider the A15 for $139 (ATT) because A15 comes with android 14, with four updates.
A53 comes with Android 12, and will also get four updates, so two less than a15.
For ATT, if u are replacing the phone only, DO NOT turn on the phone before calling customer service (it is on the instructions) because many people have gotten their numbers bricked; I am going to ATT store to see if I can get this brick sorted.
