I personally cannot keep this multi tool from falling apart. Anyone have any tips? I'm assuming user error.
Make sure the holes in the attachments are lined up with the pins or nubs on the tool. Then tighten appropriately. I had the same issue. Took a few times to get it perfect. Oh, and don't lose the Allen wrench that loves to vibrate out of it's little storage hole.

Same, I hate mine, always use my Dewalt oscillating tool, the clamping design on it is so much better... About the only ryobi tool I have I can't stand

Same, it's been the only bummer out of all of them so far. I'm gonna take the other users advice and see if that helps.
I haven't had any issues with the oscillating tool. It has been my go to for so many things in a huge renovation project in our home. I got mine when it was the oscillating tool and saws all tool combo. The Allen wrench part is a con, but not a deal breaker for everything I have used it for. I have never had a blade come loose or fall off.
On the other hand… the sander I feel is underpowered. I have only used it for one project in our house…and that was for cleaning up drywall after scraping the popcorn ceiling off. I hooked it up to my shop vac to reduce dust.
Not 100% sure but I think the way Home Depot gift with purchases work is that you can buy the package and return the item while keeping the gift and get full purchase price back.
