Not a good deal at all. The 512GB was $934 a few days ago, and was even cheaper in July. iPhone 16 series is launching in a few days. Samsung will have to do much much better to keep people interested in the S24 series.
I picked up the $843 for S24 ultra 528 gb deal a week or so ago. Coming from a much older note, forced to leave good hardware because of lack of android support. Would say that in comparison the size and screen are beautiful, the in screen fingerprint reader sucks hard compared to the dedicated rear fingerprint reader, and that turns out to be a really big minus because I relied on the one handed fast opening a lot. The face recognition fails when I wear a hat, if it is not pretty bright in the room, or if the phone isn't at the right angle/distance. Otherwise, very satisfied with the upgrade.
Samsung is desperate... my advice is to wait until this goes down to $599 and even then I don't know if I would jump.
I don't think they are desperate but I do think that these phone companies are having or soon will have very hard time getting folks to switch to latest and greatest. Not much has changed that's a game changer. I'm still using Note10+ since launch and the phone just works so damn good that it makes me pause before splurging $1000 for minor improvements. My price point is also $599 but if it gets closer to that even $699 for a 512GB S24 Ultra model, then I'm in.
Cant believe people STILL dont know that edu verification is only for TVs, computers and appliances.
You just enter edu store or select edu to get discounts if you buy phones tablets etc. No verification. Been doing this for years
It works 99% of the time but once in a while I get the message "you need to show proof" or something. I just close the window, reload and it works.. Strange...
