These have horrible support and no cushion. They are close to walking barefoot. Also, at least on me, the strap plastic button thing rubs the skin off the foot.

My exact experience. I wore these today on a ~2 mile walk, pulling my daughter in a wagon. They have virtually zero cushion, and I now have a spot on the top inside of each foot where the skin has rubbed off. Painful enough to be super annoying, especially when I tried to put on socks a few minutes ago.

if anything these are good for tossing on before watering garden or walking around yard, grabbed one for the times don't feel like walking bare foot. expecting these to be comfortable for two mile walks is overly optimistic

Anyone heard of wearing socks? And walking shoes for 2 mile walks?

I have old Walmart clogs but not these. They're comfortable but they do get flat quickly. Still feel good and wear around the house only

As someone who's owned both Crocs and these, I will say Crocs are by far much more comfortable and true to size. That being said, $5 is a good deal for having a pair laying around that you don't mind getting filthy and beat up and aren't worried about long term comfort. I think I bought them closer to $12. These are my go to knock around shoes for the house.

Two miles is nothing. I routinely walk that much doing yard work. What are you talking about? Cross are comfortable wearing all day and walking 2 miles. These aren't. That's the point I was trying to make.

Y'all act like 2 miles is a long distance. Y'all must be pretty sedentary with dad bod bellies hanging over your waistline. 5-10 miles is a long distance. 2 miles is a warm-up. Y'all should get a little more active before you get diabetes or stroke out or something. And socks with Crocs or these Mocks with shorts look stupid af. It was 90° here yesterday. Definitely not wearing pants for any walk.

I got mine today, and I'm returning them. They are very uncomfortable. The backstrap is so short that it pushes your foot forward, pushing your toes against the front. I followed the sizing chart and ordered a half-size up even. It seems to me that they didn't produce longer straps for larger sandals and just used the same strap for all sizes, which doesn't make sense. If you ordered smaller sizes, it may be ok, but I can't recommend this even just for $5. It's also not comfortable on the bottom of your foot either.
