I absolutely noticed the same thing. BOGO and $3 drinks turned into "2 for $10 or 4 for $20" after the CEO was announced. I knew the change wouldn't be good considering Chipotle's crazy prices and poor portions, including the intentional shorting on order ahead orders. He's already criticized the customizations available in the Starbucks app.

Not in my app as well. Starbucks rewards program has become so useless over the years anyways I don't even use the app when I visit Starbucks. Those stars have too many conditions and essentially useless.
