Funny, Typical Mac users. This is are tribes 1st MAC Laptop. Just because PC processors fall off. For one I produce music, edit pictures and videos. My Queen does far less. Now that I have a Iphone 15 Pro and see how easy everything works. Where going MAC for now. Hope that okay with you!

Am I mistaken, or are the screens on the Pro models much better? I remember being very disappointed with my M1 air's screen.

I would say the Pro screens are better. I think this user was talking about the everyday use and processor power that my Queen would only need.

It's insulting a computer with 500gb ssd costs 1500. That's why I went PC route because my system has 4TB ssd storage and OMG how expensive would that have costed on a Mac

Also it depends on the software your using. If your using stuff that's strictly on Mac like Final Cut Pro then it's the only game in town but if your like me, using davinci resolve or Adobe, then it doesn't make sense to go mac.

FWIW for the same system on apple.com, I'm getting a total of $1,849.00, but they automatically apply an education discount, bringing it down to $1,699. That means the savings for this Costco deal is $200 at the moment.
