I say you get this. Then you throw the old Bostitch in the garage to get to "one day", but then you really just leave it there. Then, in 10 years, you order the seal off eBay, but then you still don't do it. Then you finally have time to get around to it, but you've lost the seal and go crazy trying to find it. Then you let the old nailer sit some more. Then you repeat the last couple steps as many times as you feel like. Then a young guy buys it in an estate sale and keeps this going.

A small compressor will do, brad nailers don't need much

Menard's sales price is $59 before rebate, and $52.51 after rebate. So this deal through Lowes is a much better deal.
