On eBay, the listing clearly lists this unit as Certified Refurbished, however, on NewEgg, it doesn't say Refurbished anywhere (unless I'm blind lol). When I used NewEgg's filters for "New" condition only, this listing shows up and is sold directly by Lenovo.

Nope. There's only 6in room for GPU/PCIe card.

I can't even fit an old Quadro NVS card in there.

Note that Lenovo has those machine's CPU's PBS enabled/in-use.

What this means is that the CPU will only boot with Lenovo motherboards. It won't boot on a non-Lenovo motherboard. Yes, i have one with 5650G and i've tried that and learned it the hard way.

There was a 12400 HP deal , better than 5700g, and you can add a GPU and upgrade to 13400 if you need multiple core performance

Can I move the whole thing out of the case and put in a larger case to add a graphics card?

This is a solid budget gaming machine. No need for a discrete graphics card. It's about as powerful as a Steam Deck, which means most modern titles will run well at 1080p. Check YouTube to see for yourself.
