Saw this offer on multiple chase cards. Language is a little unclear as to whether two payments with the first being small and the second being $50 would qualify or if you need 2x $50 payments, but here it is. I got it 3/6. Word is there might be a VZ version floating around but I have not seen it personally.

Yes. You can pay manually with a card and keep your autopay discount.
Not true at all, I have my auto-pay set to a debit card that has nothing on it and I manually pay with my credit card before my bill is due. I still recieve the autopay discount.
The autopay discount does require bank ACH or debit card payments but you can log in and pay all or a portion of the bill with a credit card before the automatic payment is triggered.

This is exactly what I was thinking... T-Mobile forced everyone to ACH a year or so ago. Can't use credit card and keep plan discounts.

How will it work. We have to pay T-Mobile through the chase app? Or just using the chase account on T-Mobile will activate it?

On my Chase card, I have both Version ($50) and AT&T ($75) if I make 2 payments with the chase card. No T-Mobile on my card, but my phone connection is TMobile Smilie

This is exactly what I do with the Tmobile sharks.

First, I dedicate a "sock drawer" bank account for autopay (Tmobile seems to allow themselves to get hacked every other month, they aren't getting my main bank account!). I leave enough in that account to cover a monthly bill plus around $50. If I forget or have an emergency, all the bill is covered that month. Set that up on Tmobile as my "Autopay" account.

NOW- Once the bill comes out, I log in to Tmobile and make a one-time payment from my preferred CC for a few cents less than the full bill. Depending on my mood I configure to pay it that day or in the future at least 5 days before Tmobile pulls from the Autopay account. (I give myself slack in case any problems with the CC).

Once the bank account is set, really all I do is spend a couple minutes each month logging in and paying ALMOST the entire bill from the saved credit card on my account.

Have done this since Tmobile tightened the screws and I always get the autopay discount despite nearly everything still going on the credit card. I have a feeling Tmobile will try getting even nastier about this loophole in the future, at which time maybe it's time to go prepaid.

You just add the offer and make the appropriate payments with T-Mobile or VZ as applicable as with any other offer.

I find it interesting lots of people seem to have tmo and vz offer and vice versa. I don't have tmo and got 3 copies of it and no VZ and while i don't have VZ, i used to for like 20 years. Coincidence?
