Saw this offer on multiple chase cards. Language is a little unclear as to whether two payments with the first being small and the second being $50 would qualify or if you need 2x $50 payments, but here it is. I got it 3/6. Word is there might be a VZ version floating around but I have not seen it personally.

It should work for each card which have offers
Was it or credit card or debit card also.
Got all 4*$20 back. Took about 3-4 business days to get each of those credits to the respective accounts.

Verizon 2*$50+ payment to exiting Verizon account bill payments triggered the credits as well (as expected).
