FYI, for those having issues using the coupon - at least in my experience I was told in store that I had to purchase something $10 or MORE before taxes to have it valid. I had to add some gum to my order. I got a cool Mandolorian pop socket that was on sale:

Of course they didn't send one to me! Why would they? I've only spent 4 or 5K with them over the past few years between 5 installed appliances, Samsung watches, phones, $800 printer, home theater receivers, oh don't forget they're rip-off Total Tech annual fee of around $200 a year! Clearly no viable reason to reward long paying customers like me! I'm sooo sick of corporate malfeasance. It's all about customer acquisition and f@ck the people that got you there!
